Product Description
Basmati rice comes in two varieties including brown and White Basmati Rice. The white form is made by separating the bran which is the outer husk or coating of each grain and the germ which is the seed that allows the rice plant to grow, from the brown form, leaving just the white starchy part. Furthermore, White Basmati Rice has the longest grains of any rice in terms of structure, and it is recognised for extending during cooking.
